Project and Program design and implementation: We assist in project conceptualization, proposal writing, and integrating best practices and implementation. For example, we consult on setting up nature-based solution projects and ensure they are scientifically sound and socially inclusive. And we do project implementation.

Policy and Planning Advisory: we support  government ministries, agencies and departments and city planners to craft climate-responsive policies. We help integrate climate risks into development plans, draft local climate action plans, and develop frameworks for disaster risk management. Our team also advises on creating enabling policies for things like renewable energy, early warning systems, or community-based adaptation etc.

Climate Finance & Carbon Projects: We guide organizations through the complex landscape of climate finance. Need to access funding for your project? We offer support in developing climate finance proposals, climate budget tagging, and setting up monitoring and evaluation for funders. CRIM also has expertise in carbon market projects – we can help to design carbon projects that meet carbon standards, navigate carbon credit certification, and connect with carbon finance opportunities.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL): For ongoing projects, we provide third-party M&E services. We help track progress on climate and environmental indicators, assess impact, and capture lessons learned.
