Mandera Climate Resilience Institute is a Kampala, Uganda based interdisciplinary institute advancing climate resilience and sustainable development in East Africa through research, capacity building and expert consultancy services.  we are inviting applications from qualified and experienced professionals to join us on Framework Contract  to support our mission of building climate resilience across East Africa. As a forward-looking regional institute, we operate at the nexus of climate science, policy, and community action—delivering innovative solutions that empower vulnerable communities and protect natural ecosystems.

We are seeking to engage contract-based technical experts in the following thematic areas: climate risk assessment, climate adaptation, climate finance, carbon markets, climate policy, disaster risk reduction, monitoring and evaluation, and climate-smart agriculture. Successful applicants will be contracted depending on the institute’s needs and availability of assignments.
