Nelson Nuwahereza - Director
Nelson has 10+ years of progressive experience in forestry governance, nature-based climate adaptation, carbon market readiness, and stakeholder engagement. He previously served as a Forestry Officer with Uganda’s Ministry of Water and Environment, where he supported multi-stakeholder coordination for REDD+ implementation, the development of carbon market regulations, and reforms in collaborative forest management.

David has over 17 years of professional experience in climate change mitigation and adaptation, with a strong focus on Payment for Ecosystem Services, REDD+, and sustainable energy initiatives—particularly renewable energy technologies.
